Gemma Collins to have baby in 2022, reveals Towie’s Amy Childs helps her get pregnant
GEMMA Collins has revealed that she is “definitely ready to have a baby” and enlisted the help of a TOWIE co-star to make her motherhood dream come true.
The 40-year-old GC, who is second time beloved with partner Rami Hawash, has had a taste of parenthood as a stepmother to his three-year-old son.
She was spotted pushing young Tristan’s pram during lavish dinners and cuddling the toddler at home.
Still, Gemma has taken things to the next level in her family plans after chatting with the mother of two, Amy, who is the proud mother of a baby boy and girl.
Speaking on Gemma Collins’ podcast, Gemma said candidly, âI have found the love of my life, I am definitely ready to have a baby now, Amy Childs bless her – she knows all about having children.
“We had a good catch-up over a glass of champagne, she said to me ‘Gemma, you have to know your dates’.
âShe pulled out this date calendar, her mom Julie took me to a fertility doctor years ago and I’ll never forget her. They know everything when it comes to having children. “
Gemma added, “‘Amy was like’ I’m going to find you a private midwife. ‘I’m going to have to make the GC child her godmother.
“She’s very invested in having a baby, she really wants me to have one. Apparently there are only four days in a month when you can get pregnant, I didn’t know that.
“She was also talking to Rami about the days he needed to be available, it was hilarious. If only the cameras had been there.”
The star continued to speak candidly about her plans for the next 12 months, saying, “Looking around 2022, I would really love a baby, I would really love to audition for a movie in Hollywood and I really want to be happy with it. Rummy really.
“I can really see myself having a baby in 2022, we just have to find the time and check in with Amy Childs on the days when we can take action.”
MAKING A MOM
Gemma previously told us that she is in no rush to become a mom, as she is already Tristan’s stepmom.
âBeing a mom is going to happen,â she told The Sun.
“But you have to keep doing it [having sex].
âMentally, I did what I wanted to do.
“I am now in a privileged position where I can choose. I have had the transplant and I am doing what I want to do now.”
When asked if Rami would be a good father, she replied, “Amazing. He already has a son … so I’m a mother-in-law.”
“We’re very, happy. We’re busy working all the time, but that’s it now.”
Gemma and Rami first dated in 2011, enjoying an on / off romance for three years before going their separate ways in 2014.
They got engaged in 2013 when he proposed by hiding a diamond ring in a Christmas pudding.
They reconnected briefly in 2017, but Gemma was back with James Argent shortly thereafter. However, she ended that difficult relationship last year.
In April, it was revealed that Gemma and Rami had been dating secretly for six months.
When asked if their relationship was better the second time around, Gemma added, âDo you know what, I think I’m older now and he’s taken advantage of his system a lot.
“I think it’s better the second time around because don’t be offended, people would always say I was in desperate need of a baby.
âImagine that. I was busy building my empire and I think I’ve come to this point and now I can fully commit to a relationship and I can fully commit. This is it. I’m going to marry Rami. “
